Get to Know Me

I am originally from Arlington NE, but have now been in Omaha for 25+ years. I love everything about Omaha (except maybe the winters). I am married and have 2 children and 2 dogs. We are a sports-loving family, so anything Huskers, Bluejays, Stormchasers, or Royals-related you will probably find us there! I am truly passionate about Real Estate and helping my clients find their homes. I'm here to help with expertise and personal service.
 
For sellers, I can give you up-to-date information on what is happening in the marketplace and the price, financing, terms, and conditions of competing properties. For buyers, I help with getting pre-approved for a mortgage, finding and showing you all of the properties that match your criteria, writing contracts, home inspections, financing, title, and escrow, all the way to closing on your home! I strive to find the right fit, location, price, and home—all 3 items matter! I love to stay in touch with my clients and continue to provide support through their years as a homeowner.
 
On a professional level, I feel so strongly about providing the best possible service. Buying and selling property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated. I have spent additional time taking advanced courses and earning the Real Estate Agent designations listed below in order to help give my clients an advantage when buying and selling a home.
 
Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) – Reinforces basic knowledge as well as in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) – Gives you the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
 
Finally, I feel so strongly about supporting the community that supports me that I make a donation to charity with every home that I sell and give my buyers and sellers the opportunity to choose who I give back. It's my way of saying Thank You and helping to support this community that I love deeply.
